Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, you must email us before the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is lost by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) and is officially marked as undeliverable, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. However, if the carrier’s tracking information confirms the order was delivered, our responsibility is considered fulfilled, and we cannot offer a replacement free of charge.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at support(at)peptideshop.com. Upon verifying the claim’s legitimacy, we will promptly ship the missing item. To maintain transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, all orders are documented and photographed before being shipped.
