How To Store our Peptides?
Our peptides are sent in lyophilized form and, as such, you can store them long-term, at a minimum of -20 degrees C (-4 Fahrenheit) up to several years! But, they don’t respond too well to freeze/thaw cycles, and if you engage in too many of those, peptides can lose their stability.

If you reconstitute the peptide and then store it, their storage capacity will greatly reduce. You also need to refrigerate them to -20 degrees C (-4 Fahrenheit), but they will be stable only for 3-4 months. And if you are able to drop the temperature even lower, to around -80 degrees C (-112 Fahrenheit), they will last up to one year.
Who are our peptides for?
As mentioned in the disclaimer on our product pages, our peptides are meant for scientific research only – in vitro and in vivo lab testing. They are not intended to be used as foods, cosmetics or drugs and using them in products intended for human use is prohibited.
How to reconstitute and use our peptides?
Since our peptides come in lyophilized form, you will need to reconstitute them before use. Most common way of reconstituting is via bacteriostatic water, bacteriostatic NACL water or sterile water (though not as common). Prior to the reconstitution process, you should allow for the peptide to warm slowly to room temperature.
Why is there so little peptide in the vial?
We sometimes get emails from our buyers complaining about “not getting enough peptide in their vials.” We use very precise measuring tools and we can assure you each vial contains the correct amount of peptide. The vial is large, so it might give off the impression of containing too little peptide, but the amount is correct.
You say your peptides are 99% pure, what’s in the 1%?
95-98% purity is the usual level used for in vitro and vivo studies, so you can be sure our peptide will be suitable for any lab setting. As for that 1%, it consists of common impurities such as deletion sequences, modified sequences, acetic acid, etc. Of course, that’s not something that’s able to throw off your lab results so there is no need to worry!
