When will my order be shipped?
Once our system registers your payment, the shipping process begins and you can expect to get your order delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
*NOTE – if the order is made before 3PM in the current day, it will be shipped on the same day; all orders placed after 3PM will be shipped the next (business) day. We normally ship orders between Monday and Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
Local, US-based buyers are eligible for free shipping as soon as their order crosses $250 mark; while international shoppers qualify for free shipping on orders exceeding $500.
Of course, shipping is prominently displayed during the checkout process to avoid confusion and hidden cost.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you have the option to chose expedited shipping during your checkout process.
How are orders shipped?
Our orders are shipped and handled by the UPS.
If, for whatever reason, your order gets damaged or lost before reaching you, you can rest assured we got you covered. Our team photographs and documents each order to protect our customers from mishandling by the UPS. Of course, if your package gets damaged, you are can get in touch (within 14 days of receiving your order) for a return or a replacement.

Do you offer free shipping?
As mentioned above, Peptideshop.com offers basic free UPS shipping on all domestic orders over $250. Free shipping is also available for international buyers on orders in excess of $500.
